	Download Join Meeting Utility 
		
		 Our 
		Join Meeting Utility will enable you to take part in an online 
		presentation or webinar. We will present information and demonstrations 
		directly on your computer. 
	To Join the meeting, please follow the steps 
	below

Download the Join Meeting Utility from the link below. 
		 
		- 
		
You will be asked to Run or Save AUSJoinMeeting.exe 
		from www.aus.com.au - choose 
		Run. (Alternatively you can choose Save if you prefer to 
		save the utility to your computer, so it is ready to use next time you 
		want to join our meeting.)
  The Utility will be downloaded to your 
		computer - this may take a minute or so (it is 3MB).

Depending on your operating system, you may get a 
		message "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to 
		this Computer?" Click Yes. 
		 
		- 
		
		 The 
		Join Meeting Utility will start. You should have received an email with 
		a Meeting ID.
  Carefully enter this Meeting ID into the Online 
		Meeting Utility. You may want to copy from the email (Ctrl-C) and paste 
		into the Utility (Ctrl-V).

		Click Join and the presentation window will open  on your computer. 
		You can then watch the presentation on your computer. 
		 
		- 
		
Our presenter may then provide further information to
